We will endeavor to make this forum a very pleasant place, and we are prepared to listen to all of your suggestions to ensure you have the maximum enjoyment as a member. Our aim is to ensure that people from all ages can feel at home here. As long as you follow these guidelines, we are convinced that this goal is not unachievable. If we find you not upholding the rules, we reserve the right to moderate your actions in our services, even delete you from our files, and your privileges to post on this forum will be revoked!
Just like a real community, you may have different opinions than other TombRaider.WebSite ("TR.Ws") members. TR.Ws experience is best when people remember a few rules. Our administration staff sets out the terms and conditions of your use of our services in the TR.Ws Terms of Service, our Guidelines, and in other rules that we may place on our site. For your use of TR.Ws services, some of the key things to remember are:

We will not tolerate any commentary that could harm, personally attack or be hurtful to another member of this community!
- No Attacks/Retaliation of Any Kind Against TR.Ws Staff Member(s) - You will not harass, threaten, embarrass, or do anything else of this kind to anyone from TRComm Staff member that is unwanted. Everything that is mentioned for general member harassment above, is applicable to this rule as well. Difference is, abuser will have only one warning notification after which the account termination, and permanent ban will follow;
- No Impersonations! - Do not attempt to impersonate a forum member! Such an attempt will be deleted immediately and is an offense that will result in you being banned from the forums. Please do not post email addresses, standard addresses, ICQ and other messaging client numbers, or phone numbers which are not your own!
- Do Not Post Any Information That You Know of To Be Untrue! - This also includes information that is unjust, vulgar, obscene, sexually oriented, threatening etc, including bad rumors about others. We also do not tolerate posts that infringe the privacy of an individual (member or not of this community), or that violates any jurisdiction law in any way;
- No Off-Topic Postings - Posts in a particular forum need to stay on topic of that forum. If you want to talk about something that cannot be placed in any forum, please use off-topic forum(s) we have;
- No Spamming - Spamming is characterized by the initiation of threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, be it off-topic or not, solely used either to increase a member's post count or advertise 3rd party goods/products/services. This determination is made by the forum Administrators or Moderators and is not up for discussion;
- No "Slam" Postings - By "slam" postings, we mean posts that make statements such as, "This product is horrible. No one should buy it!" etc. You can express your opinion but only in such a way that it doesn't incite others to do anything that may harm appropriate parties;
- Member Signature Size - Please adjust your total signature size (including text and images) to: 600 pixels total in width, 300 pixels total in height - both maximum. Please try to keep the contents on your signature acceptable. If anything gets too excessive, our Moderator Staff will PM (personal message) you and ask you to downsize/remove/edit it within a certain amount of time. If you fail to cooperate, mod staff will remove your signature themselves and you will receive 1 (one) warning point;
- About Posting Images/Pictures/Photos - In our forums we have enabled upload feature. That is why, please do not use external image links and URL's, instead upload your media files. Upload file size limit(s) is (are) provided in every correspondence-page where you post.
If we find you not upholding these rules, you will be warned and notified by our Moderator Staff through PM (personal message) and/or Email, and be asked not to continue what you are being warned for. You may also be asked to fix some certain things which are related to your user account and violate these guidelines (like signatures, avatars etc) within a certain amount of time. You will have total 2 (two) not-related warning chances, i.e. warnings issued on distant, not related topics. On third warning, your account will be indefinitely suspended and IP banned. Additionally, if you fail to cooperate any single warning and continue abuse, you won't be warned further - fore-mentioned measures will apply. If you cooperate with the warning issued, it will be removed after certain time by our Moderator Staff, if seen fit.
Our forums are moderated and the moderators and administrators have the right to close/delete/move/edit/merge/split a thread for whatever reason they see fit. Once a topic is closed or deleted, it is forbidden to start a new one with the same topic or to question why a specific thread has been closed. If you have questions or remarks, please send the moderator who performed this action an email or PM.
TR.Ws Moderator Staff, in its sole discretion, may terminate or remove any content, or your TR.Ws-ID immediately and without notice if (a) TR.Ws believes that you have acted inconsistently with the spirit or the letter of the TR.Ws Terms of Service or the TR.Ws Community Guidelines, or ( b ) TR.Ws believes you have violated or tried to violate the rights of others. Please help us keep TR.Ws an enjoyable and positive experience. If you see a content that violates our rules, please let us know by contacting our administrative team (for general inquiries) or moderators team (for forum related matters).
If a member feels that these rules have been violated there is a link on each topic to report the offensive post to the staff. You can see on the forum index page which moderator is responsible for which forum, and in his/her profile you will find the address(es) where you can reach him/her. The moderators will remove or adjust the message (within a reasonable time) if they find this necessary. This process is done manually, so please do not expect it to happen immediately.
We also hold the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) if there is a complaint, or in case of legal actions as consequence of one of your posts.
We reserve the right to change or alter these rules at any time if we deem fit.
If you abide by these rules we can not see any reason why you will not have a nice time on these forums. We welcome you into our
family, and please feel free to contact us about remarks, questions, notes etc you may have. Please remember that in the end we are here to have fun and to talk about Lara Croft and Tomb Raider :)
Always remaining, yours sincerely,
