H i am a big lara fan but my tomb raider wont work properlay on xp. The game will play but when it comes to a clip between a level it starts to play up. It wont play the clip properlay and it allways leads to me haveing to go into task manager and turn the game off from there.
Please help

Hi Andy,
You can go into the TR folder and right click on the exe file and change the compatibility to win98.. TR2 videos weren't playing for me either, and the reason was you must have the CD in the lowest letter drive, or the videos wont run.. i am not sure if this is your problem tho if the videos are actually causing a crash., but other than that, if u can say what TR game u are having the probs with, we can see if there's a patch available

I am haveing the trouble with tomb raider 4. I have tried changeing the compatibility to 98. That was what got the game started. I cant change the drive cus i only have one drive that i can put a disc in.

By drive she means DRIVE LETTER, that is E, or D, or F that you assign for your CD/DVD device...

sorry but i am not that good at computers. I am good at playing the games but the programming and that stuf i cant do. how do u change the driive that it is playing in to a lower letter?

Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools > Computer Management > DIsk Management section. There choose the drive you want, right click on it and select Change Drive Letter. Assign the lowest available letter and press OK. Preferrably restart...
P.S.: Windows XP Home edition, prior to Service Pack 2, does not allow access to Computer Management section, so you need to update your Windows copy with SP2.

ROFL SAME FOR ME, I Did The Advanced Installer And It Worked But The Videos Are f%^&ed!!
