Angelina Jolie is in talks to replace Charlize Theron in the thriller The Tourist.

THR is reporting Charlize dropped out after being attached to the project for a long time. Producers are now looking to find a director to helm the movie.

The Tourist is about an Interpol agent (Jolie) in Europe who manipulates an American tourist (Sam Worthington) in an attempt to flush out an elusive criminal who was her former lover.

Aussie Sam, 33, has been much buzzed about since Terminator Salvation. He next stars in James Cameron’s Avatar, out in December.

Sam and Angie? Um, HOT!

Angelina Jolie exits the Sony Studios building to discuss her new movie, The Tourist, on Thursday (October 15) in Culver City, Calif.

It was announced that the 34-year-old actress replaced Charlize Theron in The Tourist.

X17 also spotted Angie talking with director Lasse Hallstrom (The Cider House Rules, Chocolat). Looks like these two will be working together!

BRAD PITT might want to give his partner ANGELINA JOLIE's next movie a miss as it features a steamy shower s*x scene with People magazine's new Sexiest Man Alive, JOHNNY DEPP.
Pitt and Jolie first fell in love playing husband and wife on the set of 2005 action film Mr. & Mrs. Smith, but their saucy scenes have nothing on what's planned for Jolie and Depp in upcoming film The Tourist.
Life & Style magazine has obtained a draft of writer Julian Fellowes' screenplay, and there's one naked shower encounter between Jolie's Interpol agent Cara Mason and Frank Taylor, Depp's character, that is sure to be a major talking point when the film is released.
The script draft reads, "The outline of her naked body is visible in the shower. Frank walks to the shower and opens the glass door. Walking in, he lifts Cara against the glass, clutching at her slithery body, kissing her frantically. She kisses him back with ardour, wrapping her dripping legs around his back."
The script continues, "Cara turns abruptly to Frank and presses her body against his. He's taken by surprise but willingly responds to her advance, wrapping his arms around her back. They exchange a long, passionate kiss."
The film is slated for a 2011 release
