Has anyone managed to get those 2 med packs flaunting themselves behind the door just after Secret 3 on the Atlantis level in TR1? It's the door next the switch that you are supposed to leave alone because it activates a lava flow that toasts poor Lara.

They are just a decoy. You can't get them.
