We know Brad and Angelina have been busy working on new movies, but that doesn't mean they're too busy for each other. Angie surprised Brad with a trip to Fallingwater, Frank Lloyd Wright's legendary estate, as an early birthday present.
Quote
"Brad said he had wanted to experience Fallingwater ever since he took an architectural history course in college," said Cara Armstrong, Fallingwater's Curator of Education. "He and I talked quite a bit about design and art. He was incredibly well informed about architecture."
Armstrong and Fallingwater's Events Coordinator, Edna King, picked up Pitt and Jolie at the Latrobe airport and spent an hour talking to them before Armstrong led them on a two-hour private tour of the house.
Armstrong described the couple as "very gracious and very engaged in the house. As we say in the Midwest, you could tell their mothers raised them right.
Angelina also told the staff workers that "He's so hard to buy for." Love that she actually spent time planning a well-thought out gift, even if it was only an afternoon.
