PITT GETS FREEBIES WHILE JOLIE FILMS MOVIE

Hollywood actress ANGELINA JOLIE has reportedly made a string of demands to keep lover BRAD PITT happy while she films new movie WANTED in the Czech Republic. The Lara Croft star agreed to replace Halle Berry in the action film, but only if movie bosses agreed to provide free helicopter lessons and a mansion with a helipad for her husband. A source tell British newspaper The Sun says, "These two can have whatever they want - and they and the film company know it."

Yes, she is ! http://forum.tombrai...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.gif She's currently in Czech republic !
And read this story from ContactMusic : we all like Angie "playing" with guns : Lara carrying her two pistols, Jane Smith who doesn't want "the small one" and who shoots better then John, getting a bigger teddy bear ...
Well, one the set of "Wanted" things are different :

JOLIE BANS GUNS TO PROTECT KIDS

ANGELINA JOLIE has reportedly banned guns from the set of her new movie WANTED in order to protect her children with BRAD PITT. Jolie is alleged to have urged staff on the set of the film to shield Maddox, five; Pax Thien, three; Zahara, two, and Shiloh, 11 months, from unnecessary violence, and has also prohibited the kids from playing with replica weapons. A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "Angelina is protecting them from seeing her making violence look good. It's caused a few chuckles. "Most of her successful roles have had her waving weapons and getting violent. Staff have been told the kids can't even see props. And toy guns are a complete no-no."

And here is another incident that occurred in Prague. I read this story in my usual television guide "Télé Pocket", here is the translation :

Leave my kids alone
A day like so many others when a mom bathes her children, apart from the fact we're talking about Angelina Jolie. While shooting in Prague, she got the very bad surprise to see a paparazzi in her bathroom. Angie is said to have become pallid and to have shouted as loudly as she could, forcing the man to run away.

and here is from ContactMusic the story of the quick end to her mission in Prague : http://forum.tombrai...tyle_emoticons/default/smile.gif (honestly, I'd do the same, and I've already done that in similar circumstances  when I say I've things in common with beautiful Angie ! :( )

JOLIE SNUBS WRAP PARTY
ANGELINA JOLIE was so desperate to get away from Prague, where she has been shooting her latest movie, she snubbed crew members by skipping the wrap party. Workers on Wanted gathered at the city's trendy Soho eatery on Sunday night (22Jul07) to celebrate the end of a two month shoot - but Jolie and co-star James MCAvoy were nowhere to be seen. In fact Jolie was already out of the Czech Republic, having jumped on a flight to Paris, France as soon as cameras stopped rolling. Crewmembers were disappointed the actress skipped the party - breaking a Hollywood tradition. One staffmember at the bash says, "We were hoping to get the chance to spend some time with Angelina after a tough few months. It's a shame she was too busy to party with us - but we managed to have fun without needing Hollywood stars to entertain us."

Usually Angie doesn't leave anyone indifferent, read how hiphop star COMMON appreciates our beloved Angel. (ContactMusic) :

COMMON'S PRAISE FOR 'COOL' JOLIE
Hip-hop star COMMON has struck up an unlikely friendship with ANGELINA JOLIE on the set of their upcoming movie WANTED. The rapper - real name Lonnie Lynn Jr. - reveals co-star Jolie was "very friendly" on set and even introduced partner Brad Pitt to the cast. He says, "Angelina was the best - I've gotta tell you. She was, like, one of the coolest people I've ever met. I felt like the way she was encouraging me was just really warm and cool, and she brought the family around. I got to meet Brad - everybody was cool, just down-to-earth people there. "It's good to meet somebody who's such a big superstar who's just so cool and really there for a cause."

And this little anecdote ! http://forum.tombrai...tyle_emoticons/default/wink.gif You know, Angie is young and full of energy, but I guess from time to time too busy : working on the set, looking after her four children, dealing with UNHCR latters and then happens what has to happen :

FREEMAN SINGS FOR JOLIE
ANGELINA JOLIE was so tired on the set of her upcoming movie with MORGAN FREEMAN, she used the actor as a singing alarm clock. Freeman claims he would sing to Jolie when she refused to wake up for scenes in their new film Wanted. He says, "I used to sing to her. I'd sing 'Angelina will you get up?' She answered, 'I am not able'. "Then I would sing back, 'Will you get up, we need the sheets for the table?' She laughed."

New Wanted Trailer Online
Plus more new pictures

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

It's a bit of a Wanted week on the interwebs this week. On Monday we brought you the first pictures from Timur Bekmambetov's new action thriller and today Universal have released the first trailer for the movie, which you can see here. And it is freakin' badass.

In the movie, James McAvoy plays a pathetic young man with nothing going on in his life, until an assassin, played by Angelina Jolie, fills his life with guns and sexy and Morgan Freeman. Jolie looks amazing in this. If you want smouldering killer, there's really no more obvious choice, and the woman's not afraid of a little risk, hanging out of cars with no apparent regard to her safety or the flimsiness of her top.

Bekmambetov's brought the same 'laws of physics be damned' action sensibility that he had in Night Watch, but with clearly a much bigger budget. There are shades of The Matrix to the slo-mo effects and general relaxed carnage. It may be setting the bar too high to expect it to live up to that movie, but we're watching this one with a level of excitement that may require new pants.

There are also a few new pictures at the official site here.

What do you think?

Angelina Jolie and James McAvoy In Wanted Movie Trailer
October 31st, 2007 by Lucy
In Sections: News

The trailer for Universal’s adaptation of Mark Millar’s Wanted has finally been posted online and boy was it worth the wait! Yes, it is comparable to the Matrix, but the trailer shows this movie has it’s own edge and I believe it will do very well indeed.

Angelina Jolie looks smoking in the trailer, and James McAvoy definitely shows that he’s got what it takes to be an action hero. The trailer will be attached to American Gangster on Friday but you can catch a sneaky peak of the trailer here.

The film is adapted from the Mark Millar graphic novel about a young man who finds out his long lost father is an assassin. When his father is murdered, the son is recruited into his father’s old organisation and trained by a man named Sloan to follows in his dad’s footsteps.

Wanted hits theaters on March 28th 2008.

Wanted Movie Trailer
Posted on Tuesday, October 30th, 2007 at 6:51 pm by: Peter Sciretta

Universal has released the movie trailer for the big screen adaptation of Mark Millar’s graphic novel Wanted.

Aside from the terrible dialogue, Angelina Jolie’s overuse of eye makeup, and easily comparisons to The Matrix (read: many consumers will call this a Matrix ripoff), the trailer features a few interesting action moments. But all in all, I was expecting more for acclaimed visual director Timur Bekmambetov, who is best known as the creator of the Night Watch series. This Wanted trailer will be attached to American Gangster on Friday, but watch it now below.

Well apparently not everybody loves the poster : too violent ! Angie and James holding guns ! Here is what happened in the UK.

Quote

Posters advertising ANGELINA JOLIE's latest film WANTED have been banned in Britain for allegedly promoting violence.
The images that accompany this summer's (08) action thriller show the Hollywood beauty lying across the bonnet of a car, grasping a gun.
The posters also show the film's other star - Scottish actor James MCAvoy - with a weapon in each hand and an accompanying slogan which suggested his life is better since he became an assassin.
And now Britain's Advertising Standards Authority has banned the adverts after receiving a spate of complaints about the images.
A statement from the organisation reads: "We acknowledged most viewers would understand the posters reflected the content of an action film. However, we considered that because the ads featured a glamorous actress, action poses, several images of or related to guns and aspirational text, they could be seen to glamorise the use of guns and violence. We concluded (they) could be seen to condone violence by glorifying or glamorising the use of guns."
A spokesman for the organisation adds, "We have seen a proliferation of complaints from the public about advertising which is seen to condone gun or knife crime. We are responding to the level of consumer concern."
Universal Pictures, the studio behind the movie, insisted the posters had not appeared near schools or other areas frequented by children.

Well, anyway, I've got mine !
