.:Making AOD fast and smooth with 1.0 GHZ!:.

1. AOD is running slow maybe because you set the graphics too high (lower the graphics and screen resolution the better).

2. You might need to defragment the drive, stop running all other programs (including virus-protection program).

3. Update your video drivers to newest version

Or do the following things in order:
1. Download the latest driver update for your graphics card
2. Download both patches v42 - v49 (v52 is exactly the same)
3. Start the TRAOD menu and click on SETTINGS
4. Uncheck IntelSSE and IntelSE
5. Start the game and go to OPTIONS/VIDEO
6. Set the Graphics Quality to Fastest
7. Screen Resoultion to what ever your desktop screen resoultion is (Mine is 1024x 768 on the desktop so I use that resoultion in the game).
8. Now that we made it Fast here is how we make it Smooth.
Set the Screen Refresh Rate to 60Hz in the OPTIONS/VIDEO setting in the menu.

NOTE: You need at least 256 MB RAM for these to work, I haven't tried it with 128 MB RAM.
